  • Log files comes in as zip format.
  • When unzipping, files are listed in ascending order by timestamp.

Instructions (How to capture logs)
  1. Double-click on wbxtraceget2.exe.
An MS-DOS window appears as the log files are gathered into a .RAR file.
As soon as the logging is complete, the following prompt appears:
  1. Click OK.
  2. The Windows explorer folder will open showing the .RAR log file location:
